December daily 4 & 5

The 4th we woke up and I went out and did a little shopping, I dropped some boxes off at goodwill.  I went to starbucks and got a pumpkin spice. I went to the dollar tree and found the cutest monster inc figures. When I got home fed ex delivered my santa sack. I sorted my goodies. Then I heated up joes soup. I made most of my atc cards and hoped I could decorate the tree.
This morning 5th, I woke up at 10 & finished my atc cards for the swap. I called McDonald's and they found a few of the build a bear toys so I got my cards packed up and we headed out. We dropped a book off atvthe library,  went to post office went to eat the headed to merriville.  Once in merrivilke we went to build a bear and collected the free shirts. ♥ then I went to dots and got the perfect dress for Joes work Christmas party. I also got some cute boots (on sale) then went to m's to restock my stones I used on my atc's. Next we went to the dollar tree and kmart, then it was a mad dash to meijer where I did a bit of grocery shopping. :) then home to cook and mop. I finished my day with the sewing of my floating page. :) Joe got home later and ate. I also got my OA holiday style I ordered off etsy. I'm loving etsy right now.

December Daily

So I'm blogging so I don't forget what I need to add to my book. Dec 2nd was pretty uneventful. We learned a, little about our elf. We still don't know his name. We know this is our elfs 1st job. Alijah got, her video from santa. She is not on the naughty list but not on the good list either. She isn't a bad girl she just needs a bit more guidence. I worked on my December Daily cover and 1st page today. I need to work on getting photos together. I have taken a few. Today I photographed our elf. Joe worked all day and I cleaned the basement a, little and made a space for our tree in the living room. :)  also Alijah met the elf and gace it av hug. I think she's not so creeped by it anymore.

Hello crafty peeps.

I am here today!! YAH! I know it's been centuries since I have been here. Since I started home schooling the girl I have went MIA.  I have been crafting but I haven't been sharing. SHAME on me, :(

Okay so I do believe you guys know I got a silhouette cameo back in January. Well I must say I really really really like it a ton. Since I got it my cricut(S) hasn't seen much action. I have made so many beautiful things. I always liked 3D paper crafts but had no clue how much until I got this machine. It's bomb! I have NO regrets about taking the plunge.

So while today blog isn't to much focused on anything in particular I will share a few of my past projects pics. :)

There are many more projects too. :) I have also revamped my craft room. :) I will share my upgrade with you guys too. As Always I hope you ALL have a scraptacular weekend.

Page Sketch from Sketch Savvy

Have you seen this stack before? No? Well it's a total sneak peek for you! It is called the "Edumacation Stack" and is the cutest school stack that you have ever seen! I am obsessed with it! I got my hands on 3 stacks and I know I will whip thru them with teacher cards, school layouts and school projects! It will be out at Michael's next month!

This stacks features my pictures perfectly of my little guy's last day of preschool & program :) I think this stack will fly off M's shelves!

And now for the Card Challenge!

Card Sketch from Got Sketch?

I used the Timeless Type Stack which is at Michaels right now. I think it was the perfect stack to make my Father's Day card with. I am always waiting til the last second to make my cards so this year it's done :) Another great thing about challenges right??!

So are you ready to play with us!? I can't wait to see what you come up with next. I love both of these sketches and think they will be really fun to work with.

Before I go...we can't forget our 2 winners from last week's blog comments! Email me your addresses and I will get your 3 new stacks right out to you! erinmadsen@diecutsinc.com

Here is my take on this sketch, I feel I am getting better at doing sketches...

I used DCWV Animal crackers pad and Animal Crackers matching
chipboard set and popped them on foam tape, even inked some of them with
distress ink. I also glammed it up with some i-rocks. I used cricut nursery
tales for my title. I also added a few highlights with my sankura pen.

Have Scraptacular Day!
